“I want you to know that three of the children’s parents in the Salawag tutorial are
Scheduled to be baptized. Yes, ALL branches of the Children’s Tutorial Centers have had baptisms over the past 6 months.
I tell you the truth, these tutorial centers are “ROCKING” the churches now!!!”

“One mother was crying and praying to God the night before we met her that there would be someone who would give her son a free uniform and school materials. When she brought her son for the screening/interview she was so grateful, crying and thanking God for answering her long time prayer. How wonderful our God is!”
We are so thankful that Kelsey introduced us to this Missing Link evangelism in the fall of 2012, before her first TDY (Temporary Duty Yonder) in The Philippines. This Missing Link adds a supporting dimension to evangelism in both numbers and depth by helping parents prepare their children for starting to school. This opens the parents’ hearts to the opportunity to learn and accept the Good News.
It has been a great ride watching Prissy lead this activity ever since. Watching by the internet (eMail, Facebook pages, txts, PPTs, and now web sites) to understand what is being done as the CTC population has expanding in The Philippines and growing in at least two countries in Africa, so far.
It seems that this Missing Link as a Missions paradigm may have been established by Jesus in Matthew 19:14, where He said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” The frequent application of Jesus’ statement is that the children have hearts that will grow up in love for the Lord as they get older. This is certainly true. It also may be applicable to the children’s loving hearts affecting their parents’ hearts and then their parents accept the Good News and grow in love for the Lord along with the children.
TEAM: Together We Accomplish More. Each congregation’s CTC teachers and evangelists team with the children and to team up the parents. This plays out by winning children to win their parents and their neighbors toward winning the world to Jesus.
